ALLOCATION
IIUM works with a carefully chosen circle of partners.
Only about five hundred bottles leave the brewery each month. Because it is a true living makgeolli, never pasteurised, we can only offer it where a complete cold chain is kept, from the brewery all the way to the glass in your guest's hand.
We warmly welcome any restaurant, hotel, bar, or partner who would like to bring a naturally fermented drink, made with care, to their guests.
